Software for dietitians and nutrition professionals

The meal plan reaches the app. The next review does not start from zero.

NUTRIMI keeps versions, alternatives, PDFs, questionnaires and appointments in the patient record. Diary, weight, hydration and symptoms appear only when the patient authorises those categories.

BITE builds a plan step by step
Plan, review, publishDraft, active version and history remain distinguishable. The patient receives only the version you confirm.

What it replaces

Fewer duplicate files and fewer messages to chase.

The record contains the active plan, its history, appointments and the data selected by the patient. Each item keeps its date, source and status.

Versioned meal-plan editor

Organise days, meals, foods, quantities, alternatives and notes. Duplicate structures, compare calories and macronutrients, keep version history and generate a structured PDF before publication.

  • equivalents by calories or macronutrients;
  • editable alternatives with visible deviations;
  • version history and restore;
  • intentional professional publication.

Practice radar

Plans due for review, received questionnaires and upcoming appointments appear in one list with the reason for each item.

Diary and adherence

Review only authorised categories. Incomplete days remain incomplete rather than being labelled as non-adherence.

Pre-visit questionnaires

Build reusable forms. Existing authorised data can be proposed for the patient to confirm or correct before submission.

Appointments and records

Keep proposals, confirmations, private notes and practice documents in the same follow-up context.

How it works

From connection to published plan.

  1. Verify

    The practitioner’s professional details are reviewed before patient-data access.

  2. Connect

    The patient checks the profile and sets permissions.

  3. Publish

    Create the plan and confirm the version sent to the app.

  4. Review

    At follow-up, available data include dates and sources.

AI Pro is optional and produces drafts only.

Foods, quantities, allergens, compatibility and protocols always require practitioner review. The editor, equivalents, PDF, Radar, questionnaires and appointments work without AI generation.

Frequently asked questions

Before using NUTRIMI.

Who can use the professional portal?

The portal is intended for healthcare professionals. Patient-data access requires professional verification and acceptance of the dedicated documents.

Does a patient have to share everything?

No. Each data category is selected separately and authorisation can be revoked. A professional connection does not automatically reveal the complete diary.

Does NUTRIMI make automatic diagnoses?

No. It organises information and operational priorities; assessment and clinical decisions remain the practitioner’s responsibility.
