In digital health, many projects fail for one predictable reason: the people writing the code have never seen a ward, and the people working in the ward cannot translate a clinical need into a technical specification. Diego Russo stands on both sides, and that is where NUTRIMI comes from.
A developer does not know where inefficiencies hide within a ward. A clinician does not know which technical constraints make a request impossible. The result is healthcare software nobody uses. This hybrid competence is what NUTRIMI is built on.
